"What Starfinger Touches..." part 1 of 2. Just when the Legion thought they were rid of Starfinger, he comes back, and he's every bit as evil as before!

The Legion of Super-Heroes are summoned to Polar Boy's home planet of Tharr to investigate some troubles going on there. Meanwhile, some Legionnaires fly into space to repel an attack that Dream Girl has foreseen. The Legion soon learns that the culprit behind all this activity is none other than the newest Starfinger. The Legion let him know they are aware of his responsibility behind all these events and Starfinger vows to destroy the Legion of Super-Heroes.
